Ginger: This super spice not only lowers cholesterol and boost metabolism but also kill cancer cells.
Saffron: It contains ‘Crocetin’ which is the Primary cancer-fighting element. It not only inhibits the progression of the disease but also decreases the size of the tumour by half, guaranteeing a complete end to cancer
Cinnamon: A natural food preservative, cinnamon is enriched with iron and calcium. An intake of half teaspoon cinnamon powder per day would be enough to keep cancer risk away. It not only reduces tumour growth but also block the formation of new vessels in the human body
Many others spices like basil, garlic, cloves, anise, caraway, fenugreek, mustard, mint leaves, rosemary, virgin olive, vinegar and avocado also have similar cancer-fighting components. Having these spices daily and maintaining a healthy weight with regular exercise can reduce the risk of cancer to a great extent.
