Rumors are all around when it comes to cancer prevention food. Thus, below we have busted certain cancer-related food myths.
1. Eating fat gives you Obesity: Fat consists of calories twice as carbohydrate or protein. These calories feel you full for a longer period. It is recommended to consume fat from foods like nuts & seeds, avocados, and olive oil. Fat is essential to absorb vitamins such as A, D, E and K. It is necessary to burn the fat and calories with exercise otherwise, it gets stored as body fat.
2. Frozen foods are not healthy: Fresh produce starts losing nutrients as and when they are plucked. Frozen foods, in some cases, are more nutritious as the nutrients are locked inside when the food is chilled.
3. Juices that cleanse your body are good: Human body automatically detoxes or clean harmful toxins. Excessive consumption of artificial fluids could lead to catastrophic consequences on the body.
4. Superfoods only can keep cancer at bay: No doubt Superfoods contribute a lot in lowering the risk of cancer. But just relying on them and ignoring other edibles in the plate is not a good move. Therefore, maintaining a balance between superfood and other consumable items is a must.
5. Exercise allows us to eat anything: Exercise ensures an equilibrium between calorie you consume and calories you burn. It doesn’t mean that you can consume any unhealthy food. Regular exercise and a healthy diet are great ways to keep you fit and fine.

It's all spot on. Great information to have. I have been beating Cancer for 2 years with spices and nutrition. It isn't easy choking down 4 pounds of spices every month. Do not rely on this method without one hell of a nutritionist. You can both die of cancer, and mess yourself up good. If the Cancer slows down with a ketogenic diet, add things one at a time after looking at every possible ramification of taking it. Nutrient content, overdose, adverse reactions, safety, and contraindications all have to be taken into account for everything COMBINED..
